In 2008,
lamination stamping die of vibration motors for mobile phone was achieved
successfully, from then on, applying φ2.3 toφ3mm caulking method, lamination of
micro motor core was achieved. Furthermore, we have a good track record in
manufacturing strict precision motor cores for digital cameras, audio systems
and other products.
Other
than motor core die and lead frame dies, we make excellent use of punching,
bending, drawing, squashing (coining) technologies among others, in the
production of a variety of dies. Please confer with us. We have a wide
experience in the use of materials difficult to process such as aluminum,
kovar, stainless steel and others. The press work allows material thickness
from 0.04 to 3.5 mm.
