We have a good track record manufacturing dies from an external core diameter ofφ2.5 to 700mm. Lamination is possible with materials as thin as 0.1 mm employing accurate caulking lamination technology in the die. Manufacturing thin boards provided us a broad experience in straight lamination to rotational lamination. Our company is involved from the customer development stage to the motor core test. Especially for cores of φ30mm or less, mother dies are already prepared, therefore tests can be carried out quickly and at low cost.
